Interview process was unfair and a joke. The recruiter was nice and helpful who got me an interview at their Lowell MA office for their Customer Service Rep. The in person interview was a a joke. The females who interviewed me barely seemed interested in maybe because I was a minority and guy. Their office is small and mostly female. I only saw one guy in the office suite probably was a salesperson from back of the office suite. The first female was a supervisor she asked me some questions but I got the feeling I was not what she wanted from the beginning even though explained my skills and experience and answered her questions honestly but seemed disinterested from the beginning no matter what my experience was. The second female a team leader Sup. She asked me 1-2 questions and seemed disinterested in my experience and skills. The third female was the director who called into the interview room by phone and asked me some questions which seemed okay but I did not get the good feeling from her either. I finally got a response back from recruiter who said they were passing on me and looking at other people. Then today, I saw job posted again.
