Spoke to the hiring manager, then had a second interview with two people whose egos were larger than their skillsets. About an hour on Teams with multiple questions that didn't relate to the job, but were more about how to solve a problem they have elsewhere.

The people I spoke to were friendly and informative. As for the company, they want to pay you junior salary for a full stack/senior-level role, with no ability for remote or hybrid.
