I had an undeniably, great experience interviewing with Nichole Gorham at Box. After submitting my resume for an SDR role, I was invited to a phone screening interview. When we got on the call, she was transparent about the current status of the SDR position, and asked if I was still willing to proceed. I agreed to learn more about the role, which further heightened my interest in joining the team. With no promises of that, Nichole then went above and beyond my expectations to provide helpful feedback and guidance to support my career transition. I found it truly angelic of her. I'll always remember the valuable time and assistance she provided. Her willingness to help me is appreciated. I had to leave this review, it is the least I can do.
The process started with a quick phone screen with a recruiter to go over background and salary expectations. That was followed by a video call with the hiring manager covering past sales experience and a short roleplay of a cold call. The final round was a panel call with two other team members focused on culture fit and coachability. The whole process took about three weeks from first contact to offer

super seamless and quick interview process, though i didn't make it past the recruiter interview. lowkey didn't prepare as well as i could have. the salary listed in job description could've also been more transparent.

Entrevista
Had a 30 minute chat with the recruiter who was very helpful and gave me a tonne of information about the role and the company.
Followed up with a second stage interview with the hiring manager, which was a bit more technical but nothing too difficult. I was asked about myself and my knowledge of the company. I was unsuccessful due to lack of experience but would love to work for this company in the future.
