The overall interview process was quick (2 weeks) and enjoyable. A friend referred me and within a day I was asked to complete a video interview (WePow). To be honest, it felt awkward. Although I definitely understand the need for new technologies in the recruiting/interview space. **Note: For those interviewing, calibrate for the timing - I was cut off on the first question.** Despite the new format, I enjoyed the challenge. And I guess I did well because I was asked to come on-site twice. For the first on-site I met with the hiring manager and played with a brain teaser. For the second on-site I met with the rest of the team. Everyone was very friendly.

The first round is a video interview. They ask you 5 pre-recorded questions and you have 30 seconds to think about it. Then they give you 1 minute and 30 seconds to answer it. All 5 of the questions are below. I have yet to make it to the second round but am waiting to hear back. I know the second round is a phone interview and then if you pass that, you will go on campus to do in person interview with the hiring manager/rest of the team.
