Entrevista
Process was fairly drawn out. Applied online and was contacted about a month later for a first round phone interview - this was a very quick screen, and we scheduled the next call at the end. The next call was also fairly standard, asked about my background and qualifications and interest in the job. About a week later, was told they were interviewing 3 other candidates but they might want to bring me in if those didn't work out. Another week or so later I was contacted to schedule an in person interview. It took around 3 hours and I spoke with 5 people. Fairly standard questions about experience and how it applied. They wanted me to explain Box and The Cloud various different ways, asked what I would improve about Box and what I knew about their competitors, so make sure to do research. Eventually was told I didn't have the tech background needed.

Screening call then denial, seemed to be qualified but told me that accounts managed were not large enough. I felt very confident about moving forward in after the initial call and was shocked when I got that feedback. Seemed like they were interviewing many candidates.
Interview process was pretty straight forward. There was a call with the recruiter, a call with hiring manager, a “super day” with calls with customer success team members and a presentation.
The online application was pretty straightforward. They required a résumé and a cover letter. They ask the basic information in a few qualifying questions. I felt that is very qualified for the job however I did not get a follow up call. I did receive the standard thank you for your application email.
