My first recruiter was prompt and courteous; she was able to respond with clarity and certainty in terms of scheduling. The second recruiter took two days to confirm my interview for the next day. I wish I had more notice than just a day before, so that I can prepare better. Regardless, it seemed that the amount of preparation did not matter, as my skill set is not what they need right now. I asked what I could do better and was told that they were seeking someone who has done this position before. If that is their initial goal, then I rather they pass off on my resume.
