Interviewed for Box.com Sr. Program Manager opportunity in Redwood City, CA. Total of 3 phone screens (45 min each), followed by full day on site (entire team 121's lasting 45 min each, total of 7 panels including lunch). Additionally after the interview the team felt i had rehearsed many of my answers so decided to do a follow up 45 min phone interview with 2 members of the team that i met onsite. Lastly had a phone call with hiring manager around programs, my title and comp details etc. I really enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish (total of ~7 weeks to offer). The technical recruiter (Michael), hiring manager (Kevin) were extremely polite and professional. The hiring manager went above and beyond to get me the best offer i deserved (comp, relo and RSU's). Entire team was centered around one key word - Culture and people first. The questions were relevant to my experience around Agile, general project management. Each interview round focused on a specific agenda and interviewer took notes throughout the process. Box HQ is ultra cool. Lots of good perks and a company that i'd say has graduated from startup but truly retains startup culture.
