After initial application is submitted, the candidate profile is sent through two departments and multiple staff to determine eligibility of application. The candidate will receive a link to complete a HireVue, which is a virtual interview asking basic questions about the position and organization to ensure mutual goals are reached with employment. Candidate is then assigned to hiring manager depending on how many staff the manager needs to onboard to have a full team. Once candidate profile is sent to hiring manager, candidate will receive a phone call/text/email for phone or face-to-face interview. After interview is conducted, candidate will be sent a position summary and will declare interest in pursuing position. Next, candidate will either receive a form to proceed with next steps in hiring process (background checks) or will be dispositioned (legal ineligibility - unable to reach, does not qualify, poor interview, etc.). Full hiring process takes approximately 2-3 weeks with background checks, transcripts, etc. Orientation dates are offered every two weeks on Monday to allow candidates and supervisors time to prepare for employment.
