Smooth but took a long time to get going, waiting for a month to do the interview, people are nice and friendly, pre task sending before the interview. Didn’t pay for the fee to get train all the way to Poole.

Laid back and simple, had a chat about past experience and went over key details of the job. I was questioned about certain types of research I had done and how I would be able to apply it.

Interviewees were engaging but the interview lasted for up to an hour, I was exhausted at the end. They must have asked over 30 questions in total, most of them were centred around trying to gauge my knowledge on sustainability terms and issues.
