We had a phone call that lasted about 30 minutes, then I went to the office for an interview. My supervisor and our manager had an interview that lasted about 1 hr and 15 min. It wasn't the typical corporate, all-business interview. They were both very personable and we all got to show our personalities. It was a chance for them to not only ask about my history and wants/needs, but also for them to ask about personal things like what I do in my free-time (nothing invasive) and a chance for them to answer my questions about the company and job.
