They send you an email that says "your resume stand out". They will schedule an in-person interview. The interview takes place in a HR/ Talent Acquisition agency. There are couple of people waiting to interview with different companies. They will tell you that you will get a phone call at the evening if you get selected for the second round. Apparently everyone is getting selected for the second phase. They will invite you to the same place. They divide in groups of 3 and take you to one of the rooms. They are basically selling a phone with a line to low income people. It is door-to-door sales. The compensation is commission based and they want you to be okay with it for 7 months.
