Job was placed through a local staffing agency. Was set up to be temp to perm. Agency called me at 10:30 AM for a 5:00 PM same day interview. Hiring manager to decide within 3 business days whom to hire. Interview lasted 45 minutes.
The business was located inside of an old gasoline station. There was disorder and cramped quarters everywhere. Hiring manager used the term "we run around here with our hair on fire".
