1 stage interview with the manager a one to one interview. The manager asked me about my experience and why I wanna work with them. They asked me have I used mail-merge before and I haven't, but once I get hired, they trained me how to do mail-merge. Everyone is really friendly at the office and they're looking for someone who's willing to learn

Standard interview questions. The interview was pre-pandemic and in person. consisted primarily of questions regarding schedule flexibility and work environment preference. The hiring manager inquired about my communication, customer service, and organization skills. The role required frequent documentation of information and was front facing clients.

Both interviewers were really friendly and patient, they asked standard interview questions, and both of them asked questions (since the position is responsible for doing two different kinds of tasks). The interview did not continue for that long, it ended after each of them asked three/four questions.

When starting the interview process, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They asked very relevant questions and made the process and communication very easy. There was a lot of support throughout the process.
