One phone screening interview, another on-site with members of the team where sometimes a presentation is needed and with questions at the end. After that there was an HR interview.

How would you help faculty members meet deadlines to submit content?
Phone interview (~45 mins), in-person interview with 5+ people from the online learning department (~45 mins), then a 1:1 interview with the director of the department for ~30 minutes. They asked questions and had me give examples of my work and they also took time to explain their roles and the work place.
