Casual and laid-back, easy conversation, simple questions asked about previous work experience on CV. Interviewed after a (paid) trial shift. Mostly checking if your personality is a match for the company and how you get along with other staff members during your trial.
Short face to face interview with the manager and trial shift for around an hour. The interview was very casual and more of a getting to know you exercise. The trial shift was for meeting the team.
