Usual HR screening, Hiring Manager interview, all went well, progressed to next rounds. 6 interviews in total just to tell me other candidates are closer in qualifications. One interviewer was 15 minutes late, like my time doesn`t count. Communication between interviews was sporadic at best. Job is reposted now. Looks like no one is good enough for them. It shouldn`t take 6 interviews to determine you want other candidates. Total waste of my time. The people I talked to raised a lot of red flags, some of them looked demotivated, sad, and tired. Seriously think over your interview process and how you represent your company to outsiders.
