The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. 3 Rounds, the first round by Hiring Manager the Director and HR. Each interview took about 1 hour and was conducted online.

In depth initial screening. Moved to first round interview which was not technical. Purpose was to gauge fit for culture at BS. Seemed to go well, but received rejection email two weeks later.

There was a meeting on teams with a coordinator, then another meeting with the hiring manager before an in person interview in hemel hempsted where you have to give a presentation. overall an easy process.

HR screening call followed by technical interview by 2 people each an hour long ( senior++). Interview process was smooth and interviewers were friendly ans easy to talk to. They make you comfortable and treat you with respect.
However, after spending 2 hrs time in the same week for the interview, they ghost you. No feedback from HR after asking for an update nor recieve any automated email of rejection. HR doesn't seem to value the time/effort someone has put in to go through the process. Ghosting candidates is not acceptable.
