I had a very positive experience in the first phone interview with Camden from talent acquisition. She was very responsive to my e-mails and prompt in setting up the subsequent interview. After this, I had a series of interviews at the site with one of the engineers, the plant maintenance manager, the quality manager, and the plant manager. I was also given a tour of the plant. I was then told to wait for two weeks and, if I didn't hear anything, to contact the plant manager. I was then left out to dry for 4 months. I reached out again periodically to ask for an update, but received no response. I did finally receive a response and was told that (a) the hiring for the position had taken a backseat and (b) the manager had decided to review other candidates. I have interviewed with Boston Scientific once previously and this is the second time that I had this kind of experience. The interview itself went well and I found the employees who interviewed me to be consummate professionals, but I was extremely disappointed in the very unprofessional manner in which this was handled and the way that I was treated post-interview.

after 10 days of applying they invited me for first interview. it was technical interview around my cv. there were 2 enginners for interviewing panel. they explained about their products and their back ground initially in a friendly atmosphere
