I sat down with my future manager and his manager. We got to talking about the position I applied for and they got to know me and my work history and schooling and they changed everything for me. Basically made up a position for me. It was a very relaxed, business casual interview with no lulls in the conversation and no awkward moments. Also, there weren't any questions out of the ordinary. They just wanted to get to know me.

Friendly interviewers and overall it was a good process, very fast once they make the first contact. No the greatest pay of all the opportunities but the enviroment is great and all other benefits as well

Se me preguntó cosas técnicas, cosas personales, mi manera de trabajar mi manera de trabajar bajo presión, mi manera de dividir mi tiempo, preguntaron sobre trabajos pasados sobre trabajos del colegio, sobre experiencias personales, etc. etc. etc.
il processo di recruiting si svolge in varie fasi anche se ravvicinate tra di loro; sicuramente si fanno un colloquio conoscitivo e, in caso di feedback conoscitivo, anche uno tecnico.
