Easy, they called morning of and I went in. Sat with the manager for about 10 to fifteen minutes and then took a tour of the bar and kitchen to meet some of the staff.

Very simple interview process. Covered all the typical questions and situtations related to the food industry. Interview's will vary from restaurant to restaurant. Overall my experience was great at the location I worked at was great!
