The interview process was long and involved multiple rounds of interviews. It was pretty straightforward. I would be ready with a list of very specific questions, including their vision for your first six months.

Overall, skills testing based on situations and case examples. It is varying depending upon location and whether they are in rush to hire. Sometimes you may get the offer, but it will not be converted permanent position (probation wont clear)
