Phone screening done by HR. First round in the office and with final round on a separate day in the office. All the interviews were behavioral and resume based. Everyone was extremely nice so the interview was not intimidating at all.

The interview process and scheduling was not as smooth as I imagined it to be with such reputable company. HR employee kept changing interview dates and not responding on timely manner. I was fine with it and just went with the flow as I know things and delays happen. However, it's very disappointing to have done all final interview rounds and not get an email from HR with their decision. I have followed up with them multiple times but didn't not get anything. It's a bummer to see this happening in a such reputable company as BCG.
