Entrevista
2/3 of my interviewers were very friendly and nice in the process. The first round is totally behavioral with big emphasis on leadership and personal story. Second round requires more reflection with strong emphasis on credibility and being natural in how you present yourself. The case interviews were unusual but solvable, requiring lots of creativity.
