The behavioral questions focused on problem-solving, teamwork, and how I handle ambiguity. The case interview was challenging but fair, with clear guidance when needed. I walked away with a strong sense of BCG’s culture — fast-paced, analytical, and very people-focused — and the interview process made me even more excited about the possibility of joining the team.

Waited longer to hear back than was told initially, initial interview at the first stage was a pretty routine and standard process but nothing that really stood out in a positive way.
