he interview process started with an online application, then I was invited to record a short video interview. This step allows me to introduce myself and show my communication skills. I’m looking forward to the next steps.

The process was as follows: - Received an email with a task and given 10 days to complete it. The task was actually well designed and is similar to what people usually work on in real life. - Turned the task in and couple of days later received a call informing me that the task was accepted and was asked to pick a time for the HR interview. - The HR interview was a series of brain teasers and usual behavioural questions. Then was given a date for the technical interview. - The technical interview was very disappointing as the task was completely ignored, and I was asked a single problem solving question which didn't test any data structures or algorithms knowledge. The type of questions which you either know beforehand or you don't. The interview was very short and it was obvious they had made their decision very early. Overall I think the HR were trying their best and we're mostly very responsive. The technical interviewer was not engaged at all and seemed to have their decision set from the first impression.
