Spoke with the internal talent manager. She agreed I was a perfect fit for the role and promised that I would hear back later that day once she spoke to the hiring manager. I was 100% qualified for every requirement on the job spec. Completely ghosted -- I followed up twice to no avail. Quite disappointing and unprofessional.
