I got a phone interview with HR. It was friendly and the recruiter was very nice. At the end of the interview he said he’s gonna to contact the hiring manager to set up a phone interview between us in a couple days. But after a week I still didn’t get any update. So I sent an email to him. No response. Several weeks later, when I was getting to another interview’s offer process. I thought of this position again. I emailed him again because I was very interested in this position and it’s much closer to where I live. A couple days passed, still no response. Very disappointed. Now I feel like I don’t want to think about the job opportunity there anymore. Either their communication is bad or they are being untransparent to candidates.
