2nd - Video call interview with hiring manager, touching on technical skillsets and working style
3rd - Face to face interview, touching on the softskills and behavioural aspects to assess the candidate's fit into the team and the culture in general
HR team will take the time to email and call the candidates to update on the interview progress or sharing of new information.
