Submitted an application online, and I was invited to submit a case study + press release by the recruiter, BEFORE meeting anyone else. I submitted the required documents, and thereafter the recruitment team didn’t get back even after few follow ups. I get that everyone’s busy, but what they have asked from candidates required a lot of efforts, and the least they could do is respond with courtesy.
