I was contacted by an independent recruiter regarding the position. I had a positive one on one interview with the Team manager about the role and team. After that I had a C++ coding challenge which I think I aced and answered all the questions regarding different scenarios and edge cases. However, I received an extremely generic response about not being considered regarding the position without any further explanation. Most places I interviewed at least had the courtesy to let me know the rationale behind their decisions.

Entrevista
Invited to video interview. There were some general questions and some technical questions. However, since it was prerecorded it was definitely unnecessarily stressful. You have 20 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. A real interview would be much more effective
They will ask you about your strengths, weaknesses, coding, algorithms, managing team, experience, your project, career development, expected salary. HR team was very nice, and professional. I like their hiring process.
Interview process was quite pleasant.
They went straight to the point and ask a lot of technical questions.
I was with 5 more people, managers and engineers.
Finally I did not take the job, but the interview was good.
