First round with recruiter 30 minutes. Next Technical round with hiring manager for 1 HR.
Before Onsite interview in the middle of process, there was change in Job Title, after reaching out to talent team, I was told both job titles are very similar, team will decide where I will best fit. (I felt like I dont have any say and if I can choose)
Onsite interview, initially scheduled for 2 hours. Added one more hour at 2 days before actual interview. The interview process was ok. Very bad in hospitability. They dont even provide water or ask if I need anything.
Final round with HR. HR lady does not seem to be listening to the conversation at all (mainly about the situation and base salary).
No response for few days, I received a call and got verbal offer which was not even close to what HR told in the first meeting, but instead lot of reasons for why Base Salary is less. After rejecting offer HR asks for followup and starts negotiating Base Salary. I feel like I am bargaining for purchasing an item. Very poorly handled.
Last and the worst, no communication about reimbursment for Onsite Interview after almost more than a month. This is very sad and I feel like there are some ethical issues with this Company.
Crisp and clear process with no issues. was a very effective way of selecting candidates. had a fun time as both the interview and the interviewee were very good. It was a very streamlined experience. and communication was very clear to expedite the process
General software questions, writing a programs for given use - case, and for a given program predicting a program error and outputs, some logical questions and problem solving. general os fundamental questions.

Te contacta el reclutador y te pide que apliques y llenes formatos de reclutamiento, te pasan a un phone sreeen de 30 minutos con el Manager , luego a entrevista con el manager y panel. , de 1 hr, si fuiste seleccionado te habla el reclutador y te pone entrevista con la HR BP tienes entrevista si fuiste seleccionadoy listo
