I applied after speaking to a recruiter at a college career fair. I received a follow up a week later with a screening call with a recruiter and set up an interview. The interview was with 2 people, 30 minutes each and they asked me fairly standard behavioral questions.
Overall quick and easy process.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
