Everyone that I spoke to during the interview process was very friendly and made the process comfortable, while still exuding the highest levels of professionalism. It made me really want to be a part of that team.
One HR screening followed by one call with Hiring Managers. Discussed previous experience, why they’re hiring, challenges someone in the role might face, etc. then offered by HR following week.
It was an average interview with normal questions to expect. Nothing over the top. Past experience is definitely a must in this to have. Security clearance good to have too

Interview set up by a recruiter and it was through Teams and there were four people from the company (panel interview). Each person asked 3-4 questions. Some were asking about my experience tied to the position and others were related time management and prioritization.
