I applied after my friend refer here..got call for telephonic interview clear that round as it was for checking basic coding skills like to print some data in loop using conditions..Finally I was asked to come for In person interview ,I went there and but the environment was messed up..kitchen was messed up..restroom were smelling..have 4 rounds of interview with 2 member each they ask questions about my profile and ask me to do some basic algorithm.. recruiter was telling me I am doing great in interview..but later in my interview i got impression that .. the employee are not that energetic... and ... i was thinking I am interviewing them as they lack interviewing skills some of people in interview panel were knew to team ..I ask some questions about culture there.. like work from home..in case of emergency.. and flexible timings.. they did not take these questions well and I got feeling they need to hire machines who can work day & night without any professional growth.I decided to not join this company .. and they also got impression..finally i got an email from recruiter that you are not cultural fit.. seems company want people who only work..like mad...Happy to be not here !!!
