My qualifications to work in an at-risk environment with students who struggle with behavior and education. I was asked how I differentiate my lessons to instruct multiple levels of learning curves. I was asked to give some examples of how I would do that using a science lesson that I had brought with me to the interview. We spent more than an hour discussing their expectations and how to implements behavior protocols.
