      Entrevista

Initially I got an email from bookspan's recruiting team and asked for my availability for a 10-15 mins conversation(mentioned in the email that to to speak about the role). I gave the time slots, she then picked one. On the xx day(conversation day) she called me 15 mins late. I did'nt get any notice for the late call. Looks like they not at all respect my time. I attended the call then she suddenly asked questions regaring my background and sql questions(she already have the written note for those question: ie she does not know any technical). First question is what is Where and Having in sql. I answerd both filters out records based on one or more conditions. The diff is "where" can only be applied on static non aggregated column whereas having is for aggregated columns. She said good and then showed some attitude on her voice. Then she asked some other questions Nvar etc etc. I answerd(even though most of these questions are like we(developer or analyst google out in real world situation(nobody by hearts these questions/answers).More over the position which I applied is an entry level. Our conversation lasts about 15 mins. She not even mention anything about whats about the role and the company, but I the end I asked about role and the some other questions. I am not satisfied about her answers, but she has a very bad attitude towards me. After our conversation she send an email saying that our meeting reschedule for 15 mins. What is this mean???just for her proof. She not even have any ethics. Initally she told that the reason for her late call is bz of her other meeting. I am sure that she lied to me. Probably she reached the office may be just after 10 AM(Meeting was setup for 10AM, eventhough I gave other timeslots:she herself picked that time.). Finally few days after that call I got an email from BookSpan's HR saying that they are passing me. I felt really bad. They are simply made be fool. This is reason I am sharing these many details here. Please beware. Now I feel it is good that they passed me because I dont want to work with this kind of unprofessional people.
