All contact was channeled through a recruiter. I interviewed with the District manager, who was very pleasant. We had a wonderful conversation, as much about my qualifications as the company. Upper management happened to be in town and they were pulled in to interview me as well. After the interview they contacted the recruiter with wonderful things to say, although this was not the right fit for me. I was very impressed with the company culture and how they treat their employees.
