My situation was unique in that I was brought in by 3rd party recruiter, who handled most of the communication with the company. I had one phone screen before I was brought on-site for an in person interview. Met with folks from the team I would have worked on, as well as HR, Ops, and the executive team. It was obvious through the questions they asked that they really care about fit and giving back to the community.
