      Pros The role itself was interesting and the company has a strong consumer brand, which is what drew me to the process initially. Cons The interview experience surfaced a few concerns worth flagging: Process felt disorganized. Coordination across rounds was inconsistent — scheduling, context-setting, and basic interviewer prep didn't reflect what I'd expect from a company at this stage. Limited courtesy toward candidates. Small things added up: late starts, chaotic coordination, and a general sense that the candidate experience wasn't a priority. Interviewer energy was a yellow flag. Several people I spoke with seemed visibly tired or run down. More notably, a few made negative comments towards current work — unprompted. As a candidate, that's hard to unhear. Advice to Management Candidate experience is a leading indicator of how a company treats its people more broadly. Tighten the logistics, brief interviewers ahead of time, and check in on team morale — if multiple interviewers are signaling burnout to outside candidates, that's worth listening to. Advice to Future Candidates Pay attention to what interviewers say and how they say it. Ask direct questions about workload, team health, and what's changed in the last 6–12 months. The signals are usually there if you listen for them.
