Entrevista
I met a project manager and a line manager.
I was given an introduction to the place and function of the division I applied for within the whole organisation of the company. Then I had a free discussion (aka personality test) with them.
Afterwards I was given an hour to solve a test that was a mix of programming exercises and brain teasers.
