They had scripted questions they asked, but everyone was relaxed and the interview had a more conversational approach. The interviewers were friendly and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly instead of stiff and hostile like some interviews I have been to. They did have a sheet for applicants to fill out demonstrating basic computer literacy and knowledge of the Dewey Decimal System.
