There wasn’t really an interview. Was offered the position. Told that employees were desperately needed because employees couldn’t stay out of jail. Was offered a fast track position to management
Very quick and straight to the point They don’t pay that well the job is pretty easy except for trying to get everyone to do their job it’s like babysitting

Was called on the phone by and individual to set up an appointment to interview. Arrived on-time and waited 15 minutes and was interviewed by a different individual. Interview was typical in form and asked about things that could be read of the resume plus background questions and goals.
