Submitted my work through email as advised. Got an email to schedule a phone interview. Had phone interview of 40 minutes. Got an invitation to an in-person interview. I set down with two senior associates, not HR, and discussed my work. They were genuinely interested in getting to know me, so the conversation with them was rich and interactive.
