Applied online beginning of summer, recruiter reached out to me and we had a small phone interview chat about job and requirements. 2 months later an interview is set up with a panel with 3 people. Entrevista
STAR method questions, half behavioral and half technical. They were looking for a specific kind of experience but questions were all very broad. They could have just asked if I had familiarity with X topic but that’s not the format.
