They ask you provide examples where you solved problems & over came certain obstacles. The few technical questions they asked were phrased, “what is your experience with X?” or “what would you do to learn more about Y?” It is okay to not know the answer - in fact, this may work in your favor. Showing a keen interest to learn new things and be teachable is a big plus for them.
Interview will have an technical round following a structure round, Interview questions will be based on wiring harness design and based on your previous experience.
Round are moderate to easy and many questions will be based on tool as well.
