I applied online. I received an email from the Boehringer Ingelheim Human Resources Department after 4 days to arrange a phone interview. Note to answer, Glassdoor questions if I get an offer, is too early to say. It was an initial phone interview. I am expecting feedback from HR within next two weeks.

Q: From your resume, it is apparent that you have a wide R&D experience. Tell me about the inventions you have made.
Q: You have a broad experience in establishing new R&D groups. Can you elaborate on how successful were your groups, their accomplishments and ability to work under tight financial budget?
6 interviews with HR, hiring manager, and individuals team members. Typical interview questions, very conversational style throughout interview process. No major curveballs - a balance of technical question, strategy and people skills questions
Overall, the process was streamlined and well structured. The interview panel were friendly and professional. I had interviewed for a remote position, therefore I had no requirement to be in the office or relocation, but in some other functional areas, depends on the requirements to be onsite, there might be questions regarding location.
