It was a 4 part interview process where I met with all of the heads of each department under risk. I met individually with each person for 30 mins, the last being the head of risk. Each person did a wonderful job helping me not feel intimidated, by being down to earth and relatable. There were no trick questions or anything out of the ordinary.
