First step is a screening phone call with recruiter, second step is interview with direct manager then 3 interviews with random different managers and one of the founders for culture fit I suppose. Not sure how long they’re taking but when I was hired they were in a hurry to hire people so it took about 1-2 weeks from screening call to receiving an offer.
