The process has 5 stages: 1. Quick questionnaire via e-mail 2. Interview with the recruiter 3. Interview with the position's manager 4. Work sample 5. Final interview 2-1 It is a lengthy and challenging process, but I really felt like they tested the right skills. The communication was amazing, the recruiter kept in touch with me at all times, giving me quick results and caring for the difference in timezones when scheduling the interviews. Overall, everyone wants you to succeed and it was the most humanized process I've ever participated.
