A series of 3 interviews. Initial Recruiter screen to judge fit for role. Panel interview with team members. Final interview with Director/VP of the team. This entire process took place over 2 weeks and I was moved through the stages very quickly. I was notified by my recruiter after each interview, what to expect for next steps.

I applied online and was contacted by the Recruiter to schedule a phone interview. The initial screening went well and I was contacted by the Recruitment Coordinator to come in for an in-person interview. The interview was scheduled for 1.5 hours and I was supposed to meet with 2 members of the People team. The first round went well, it lasted almost 45 minutes. In the middle of the interview I was informed that the Director will not be available to meet with me today as she had something unexpected come up. So my second round was cancelled. I finished my first round and was told that I will receive feedback shortly after. I did not hear back and I followed up with an email to the Recruitment Coordinator, no response. I followed up again after a week, still no response. It has now been a month with no response whatsoever. I am from the HR industry and I understand how important it is to communicate with candidates, even if it is to let them know that they did not make it to the next round. It is just basic practice which shows that you respect the candidates and their time. Overall, it has been an extremely disappointing experience for me.
